REFUND POLICY

All items are custom printed to order specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Defective items
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items sent due to our error

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or color variations between screen display and printed product.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically printed within 3-7 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary by location:

  • Australian metro areas: 5-10 business days total
  • Australian regional areas: 7-14 business days total
  • International orders: 10-21 business days total

Claiming a Faulty Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will assess your claim and, if approved, send a replacement item at no additional cost. Physical return of faulty items is not required.
